Castelporziano

I was just arrived in Rome the first time I entered inside the Estate: I was eight years old when I first climbed over that wall attracted and fascinated by the wonders of that place. After two or three of such incursions, I was ‘kindly invited’ to go out, and warned against entering there again in this way. So a few years later I figured out a more challenging and fascinating opportunity to get inside: I would have illustrated that piece of land along the four seasons. Castelporziano has been a school of hard knock: it was there that I started taking photograph seriously, without even imagining where passion and hard work would have led me to.
